This new feature helps you resolve out-of-stock issues directly from the Cart page by offering a one-click swap to a similar item that is available for delivery. Instead of abandoning the cart or searching manually, you are now presented with relevant in-stock replacement.

 

How It Works

When an item in the cart is unavailable for delivery:

• A “Switch to Get In Stock” pop-up appears.
• An alternate product is recommended.
• You can accept the swap with one click – the item automatically replaces the original with the same quantity and the cart refreshes seamless

What It Looks Like

Step 1: When an original item is unavailable for delivery and there is an available alternate product, a swap offer box appears. When you click on the “Swap Item” button, the product will be replaced with the new alternate product in the same quantity.

Step 2: The same quantity of the alternate product will be added to cart and the original product will be removed. Notification box appears to let you know that the items have been swapped with a Undo Button to Undo the swap action.
