Can I purchase an Extended Service Plan for my business machine or computer?

With your purchase of any office machine, electronic device, computer, tablet or furniture from us, you have the option to add a Staples Extended Service Plan to your cart.  Staples Extended Service Plans range from 1 – 2-year periods. Prices vary, depending on which product you’re protecting.

If you’ve already made an online purchase of any device or furniture item, you are eligible to add an Extended Service Plan by going in to one of our stores and showing your product and its packing slip. You have up to 11 months from purchase date to add an Extended Service Plan to your coverage. This applies to electronic devices such as computers, office machines, tablets and most electronics. Adding an Extended Service Plan to a furniture purchase must be done within 1 week of receiving your purchase. 

Please note that a receipt for your original purchase is required as is a receipt for your purchase of its Extended Service Plan, should you need to redeem it.
