What if I forget or want to reset my password?

Step 1
On the Sign In page, click the link that says Forgot your password?

Step 2
Enter the email address associated with your Staples.ca account and click Send Password Reset Email.

Step 3
You will receive a confirmation on the Password Reset page and receive an email within a few minutes coming from [e-mail] with further instructions to complete your password reset.
